Rewards
Can I get a discount even if I had a claim?
You can avail the discounts, depending on the Terms and Conditions of the specific offer. However, you won’t be able to get the No-Claim Discount (NCD), which is an additional discount on your insurance price only if you didn’t make a claim in the last 1 year or more.
What is no claims discount (NCD)?
NCD is an additional discount you enjoy on your insurance price, only if you didn’t make a claim in the last 1 year or more.
5 years with no claims – 50% discount
4 years with no claims – 40% discount
3 years with no claims – 30% discount
2 years with no claims – 20% discount
1 year with no claims – 10% discount
less than one year with no claims – not eligible for discount.
What rewards do we offer?
Check out our No Claim Discount (NCD), where you get rewarded for safe driving!
You can also enjoy our Short Distance Driver Discount if you’re someone that drives less frequently or for shorter distances only.
Will making a claim affect my NCD?
We’re afraid, yes. You can enjoy the benefit of No-Claim Discount (NCD) on your insurance price only if you didn’t make a claim in the last 1 year or more. The longer the number of years without claims, the higher your discount would be.
Managing my policy & cover
How to cancel my policy?
You can cancel your policy and get a refund if one of the following applies:
– You have insurance from another company.
– Your vehicle was exported.
– Your vehicle was totalled.
– Your vehicle has a new owner in KSA.
– You were not able to complete the purchase of this vehicle.
You can find it via the “Full Detail” section on the ”My Policies” tab. But remember that we will need proof of your reason to be able to cancel your policy. Refund amount will be calculated based on your policy remaining period.

How to renew my policy?
No worries, we will remind you of renewal via SMS 30 days before your policy expires. Or you could simply go to ‘My Account’ and renew when it’s time. It is even quicker and easier than buying the policy the first time with us!
What happens if I sell my car?
If you’ve sold your car, you can cancel your policy and get a refund based on your policy remaining period. You can find it via the “Full Detail” section on the ”My Policies” tab. But remember that we will need proof of sales to be able to cancel your policy. Buying a new car? Tree is right here to cover your new wheels on the road, instantly!
Who is covered under my policy?
The good news is YOU can choose who will be covered under YOUR policy!
if you declare while buying the policy that someone under 25 years old will be driving,’, we will cover you and any drivers aged between 18 and 25 years old. Otherwise, you and an unlimited number of drivers over the age of 25 are covered under your policy.
Just head to “My Policies” tab, view your current active policies and make changes as you need to.
What are the different ways I can pay for my policy?
We give you a range of flexible payment options using your Debit or Credit Cards and Digital Wallets. You can choose to pay the full premium in one go or break it into easy installments.
How does a Replacement Car allowance work?
Are you stranded or is your car getting repaired in a garage? If you have booked a Replacement Car Package, we will cover up to SAR 100 per day for your alternative ride as per the maximum limit of your policy. Don’t have the package yet? Just add/remove it to your coverage anytime as you please. Click here to know more on how you can file a claim
Where are my policy documents?
You can access and download all your documents in your account. Via the "Full Detail" section on the "My Policies" tab.
Is my car covered abroad?
With us, you get to choose which coverage you want. You can check if you got “International Cover” on your account’s “My Policies” tab or get the extra cover, when needed, for GCC Countries. It’s easy and flexible, and you can add/remove it as you please!
Account management
I am not getting one-time passwords by phone.
Did you recently change your phone number or lost your phone? It might be because of that. Call us on 8002478733 and we will fix this immediately!
How do I log into my account?
Log into Your account and check out all your policy related details:
1. Go to Login
2. Enter your National ID or Iqama
3. Enter the one-time password (OTP) that you’ve received on your phone number saved on your account.
4. Done!
Easy, right? Go ahead and try it out.
How to update my personal details (address, phone number, email, etc.)?
When logged in, go to the “Personal and Payment” tab. You will be able to see all your personal details there and you can edit or update as needed!
I forgot my password. How do I reset?
Happens to all of us! No stress. Just go to the login page and click on ‘I forgot my password’.
