Referral Campaign Terms and Conditions
- These Referral Campaign Terms and Conditions are supplemented by our Terms and Conditions of Website Use and our Privacy Policy. They are binding upon all participants.
- To participate in the referral program, the referred friend must make a purchase using the provided referral code.
- Upon successful purchase by the referred friend, a 10% discount code will be generated and shared with the referrer.
- The 10% discount code is valid for one-time use only and can be applied to a single purchase.
- Referral discount codes are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
- The referral discount will be applied to your order subtotal, excluding taxes and other fees.
- Referral discounts cannot be applied to previously purchased policies.
- Upon cancellation of a policy purchased with a referral discount, an administrative fee will be deducted after taking into account the elapsed period of insurance and any claims made.
- Referral discounts are not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit.
- The minimum premium amount, as determined by Tree Digital Insurance Agency, is payable for any policy regardless of any referral discounts applied.
- Tree Digital Insurance Agency reserves the right to decline orders where, in its opinion, a referral discount is invalid.
- Tree Digital Insurance Agency reserves the right to modify or cancel this referral program at any time.
