You can cancel your policy and get a refund if one of the following applies:

– You have insurance from another company.
– Your vehicle was exported.
– Your vehicle was totalled.
– Your vehicle has a new owner in KSA.
– You were not able to complete the purchase of this vehicle.

You can find it via the “Full Detail” section on the ”My Policies” tab. But remember that we will need proof of your reason to be able to cancel your policy. Refund amount will be calculated based on your policy remaining period.

No worries, we will remind you of renewal via SMS 30 days before your policy expires. Or you could simply go to ‘My Account’ and renew when it’s time. It is even quicker and easier than buying the policy the first time with us!
 

Your policy period is the total duration of the validity of your insurance. You can easily view it in your account. 

If you’ve sold your car, you can cancel your policy and get a refund based on your policy remaining period. You can find it via the “Full Detail” section on the ”My Policies” tab. The good news is YOU can choose who will be covered under YOUR policy!

if you declare while buying the policy that someone under 25 years old will be driving,’, we will cover you and any drivers aged between 18 and 25 years old. Otherwise, you and an unlimited number of drivers over the age of 25 are covered under your policy.

Just head to “My Policies” tab, view your current active policies and make changes as you need to.

We give you a range of flexible payment options using your Debit or Credit Cards and Digital Wallets. You can choose to pay the full premium in one go or break it into easy installments. 

Are you stranded or is your car getting repaired in a garage? If you have booked a Replacement Car Package, we will cover up to SAR 100 per day for your alternative ride as per the maximum limit of your policy. Don’t have the package yet? Just add/remove it to your coverage anytime as you please.

You can access all your documents in your account. You can download them via the “Full Detail” section on the ”My Policies” tab.

Flexibile insurance is our promise! You can edit, add, or remove packages at any time, as per your current needs, during your active policy period.

Just head to “My Policies” tab, view your current active policies and make changes that suit your needs.

You can check if you got “International Cover” on your account’s “My Policies” tab or get the extra cover, when needed, for GCC Countries. It’s easy and flexible, and you can add/remove it as you please!
