- Call najm and wait for help to arrive
- Stay at the scene – leaving can cause violations and fines
Report the accident
- Wait for Najm/Police/Basher to arrive at the scene
- Describe the accident as clearly and precisely as possible
- Check the accident report is accurate and complete
Collect accident evidence
- Take photos of the accident scene and any damages from different perspectives, including license plates and skid marks on the road.
- If you have a witness that can support your claim, ask for their contact details.
Exchange details
- Name and contact details of drivers, passengers, and witnesses.
- Registration numbers of all vehicles involved.
- Insurance details of the other driver(s).
Get yourself and your car to a safe place
- If your car is safe to drive, take it off the road to a safe place.
- If it’s not safe to drive, get it towed to a safe location or a garage.
