Brand and Communications Manager

Purpose of the Role:

The Brand and Communication Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective brand and communication strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and loyalty. This role involves managing various aspects of branding, creative content creation, advertising, and social media.

Key Activities :

  • Brand Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive strategies in line with company goals, refining them based on market trends and insights.
  • Brand Identity Creation: Oversee consistent brand identity maintenance, ensuring adherence to guidelines and reflecting brand values.
  • Advertising and Campaign Planning: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across various channels, measuring effectiveness and making data-driven adjustments.
  • Content Creation: Generate high-quality content for multiple platforms, curating content that resonates with the audience and maintaining a content calendar.
  • Social Media Management: Develop strategies, publish content, and engage with the audience on social media platforms.
  • Internal Communication: Foster clear internal communication regarding brand values, ensuring alignment among employees.
  • Brand Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor brand metrics and sentiment, analyze data for insights, and implement reputation management strategies.
  • Partnership and Collaboration: Identify potential partnerships, collaborate to enhance brand visibility, and manage partnerships to achieve mutual goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, or related field
  • 5+ years of related work experience
  • Experience in partnership and influencer collaboration
