Terms & Conditions

• The campaign starts on September 14, 2025, and ends on October 2, 2025.
• The campaign is dedicated to car insurance only (it does not include any other products from tree).
• To be eligible for the draw to win a 100% cashback of the insurance amount paid, the customer must hold a valid car insurance policy (comprehensive or third-party) purchased through the tree app/website in a single payment. Policies purchased via other platforms, applications, or through insurance brokers are not eligible.
• There will be 3 winners each week, with a total of 12 winners throughout the campaign period.
• Winners will be contacted via the phone number registered in the policy. If there is no response within 2 business days, an alternate winner will be selected.
• The 100% cashback amount (up to a maximum of 5,000 SAR) will be transferred directly to the bank account registered under the policyholder’s name (not via the Tri app) within 10 business days.
• By accepting the prize, you grant the right to announce you as a winner through its official channels on the “X” platform (first name and last 4 digits of your mobile number only).
• Any fraud or misuse will result in immediate disqualification and cancellation of the cashback transfer.
• Employees of tree and Tawuniya are excluded from participation.
